The exchange/return period will be extended till after the current lockdown.

The item(s) returned must be in their original condition, which includes tags and any packaging. i.e:
- tags still attached
- unworn
- unstained
- unwashed
- unperfumed
- free gifts (if applicable)

Items excluded from returns:
- accessories
- cosmetics
- hats
- lingeries
- swimwear
- the products are damaged due to your mishandling

 

Rococo Seoul reserves the right to reject returns that do not comply and are subject to alterations and cancellations as per our return policy.
